There is a similar stone cross in front of the Templo Expiatorio de Nuestra Señora Guadalupe in Chiautempon. The cross is painted white with the passion symbols highlighted in gold paint (like a stone cross in Cuitzeo), but the style of carving is like the crosses shown above.
